A former city schoolteacher writes: During the 2000-01 school year I taught a course about stop-and-frisk and the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. student has 40 credits and zero regents under her belt, miserable and unwilling to re-do freshman classes, only needs 4 credits to grad. is there an internship program available or other avenue?
