State to Revise Its List of 'Dangerous Schools'

I attended 1A and 1B at PS 11 in the winter semester of 1940. Although I then moved to Brooklyn, I still have warm memories of my teachers, Mrs. Stock and Miss Gershweier.

3,500 Classes With Too Many Students

More children are being squeezed into classrooms this year, with 3,500 classes already recorded that are over the contractual limits for middle and high schools, the Daily News reports.
